HOW​ WE WORK

Consultation

We sit down and discuss your vision and desires for your project. We discuss architectural plans and project cost and timelines.

Process

After a signed contract we apply for permits and then start the process of building. Don’t worry you will be kept updated each step every step of the way

Finalization

Once we are inside the home we will have another meeting with you to discuss your desired finishing in accordance to your budget. We then wrap it up with a finish product

Our Story

Interexter Builders was born out of a legacy of builders. Felix watched his grandfather build hospitals, offices and homes with the highest transparency. Our General Contractor Felix is no stranger to hand work. Even when serving as an Essex County Sheriff Felix managed renovation projects in his spare time. Setting out to build at first Felix hired a builder. This builder delayed his project, used cheap material and was not able to account for funds spent. This was a hard lesson to learn however Felix held on to his mantra “let the storms of life teach you to dance in the rain” Realizing there is an opportunity for honest and transparent builders, Felix became a full time Real Estate Developer standing on the principles of Integrity, honesty and transparency.
